Deedline
Deedline is a property ownership timeline. Search an address and see buy, sell, and transfer events in order, with prices when recorded, so the history of a house is one page instead of a pile of deed lookups.
Deedline ↗- Customer: An investor, agent, or researcher who starts with an address and needs the ownership story.
- Problem: Buy, sell, and transfer events are scattered, and prices are not always on the same page.
- Solution: Search an address and open a timeline of ownership events with prices when recorded.
- Outcome: A sample home shows beds, baths, size, assessed value, and a dated ownership chain.
- Strategic win: The timeline is the product: one address, one history.
You had the address. You still did not have the story.
Investors and agents often need more than the current owner. They need when it sold, when it transferred into a trust, and whether a price was recorded.
Why it was hard
A deed search can answer who owns a house today and still leave the last ten years as a scavenger hunt. Transfers without a sale price make that worse unless the events sit in one timeline.
- Transfers and sales are different events and get mixed up in notes
- Prices are missing on plenty of transfers
- Earlier events hide behind the latest deed if nobody scrolls the chain
- An address search has to land on one property, not a fuzzy city list
What you get
- ✓Search by property address, with sample addresses on the home page
- ✓Ownership timeline: transferred and sold events in date order
- ✓Price when recorded, and a clear note when it is not
- ✓Parties on each event (who transferred to whom)
- ✓Property facts such as beds, baths, living area, lot size, and assessed value
Search the address
Type a property address or try a sample. Deedline opens a record with the house facts and a featured ownership timeline card.
Open Deedline →Read the chain
Sold and transferred events sit in order. Each line shows the date, the price when one was recorded, and who moved title to whom. Earlier events stay on the full page.
See a timeline →Keep the house facts close
Beds, baths, living area, lot size, and assessed value sit with the timeline so the history is not a separate tab from the property card.
Real estate data →One address. The ownership story in order.
Deedline turns buy, sell, and transfer records into a property timeline you can read without hunting deed pages.
Deedline is a portfolio sample of ownership-timeline interfaces we build. Sample figures such as the Lafayette address are from the live demo record, not the only shape of file we can deliver.
